Use the tools provided with Drupal to build a built-in and integrated Knowledge Base. This is part of the Continuous Improvement master plan, and will become more valuable over time across all QualityHelp projects.
Initially contents aimed at Quality Management and Desktop support (tips, lessons learn, problem solutions etc).

Ken (02-01-13) - I've been toying with an ideal approach for constructing this, and naturally started tapping into the huge knowledge base provided within and without Drupal.org. I will add an appropriate reference trail here as I proceed. Associating Taxonomy with Content and Knowledgebase
